ProductOption - determine current OptionType and Product for reference

Would be nice to reference product base weight, price and sku in the ProductOption Modifier fields, like we did in [FoxyStripe](https://github.com/dynamic/foxystripe/blob/master/src/Model/OptionItem.php#L125)
