Remove historic-analysis folder #13
Description
- Remove the existing Grafana dashboard, which was a dashboard for viewing the mysql / mariadb historical data
- We'll be using Prometheus for keeping track of historical data, instead of going the alternate route of scraping data from mongodb to load into mariadb for local viewing in Grafana. I'm sure that existing dashboard was useful for some usecase, but not something we'll need. And it just is slightly misdirecting for a newcomer to the project.
- Remove references from the readme too
