MS Windows development environment.

Check the win64-create-package.bat file. It will help you to setup the dev environment.

Requirements

Install Qt 5.15.12 for Windows. Qt6 is still not tested for KLog.
Install latest stable Hamlib.
Install the binaries for OpenSSL

Create a directory tree like the following:
