GROMACS-2026.2-foss-2025b.eb fails to compile without HDF5

Since version 2026 GROMACS now requires HDF5 as dependency, to fix this add HDF5/1.14.6-gompi-2025b as dependency, otherwise the build fails.

Per GROMACS documentation, the 2026 release added support for an experimental output format based on HDF5.
This requires setting GMX_USE_HDF5. If it is unset, GROMACS will try to find a suitable HDF5 on its own. If none is found, this experimental feature is not built.

Currently, this flag is not explicitly set.
This should be fixed, as an incompatible system HDF5 might be picked up, causing a build failure in the process.
Since HDF5 is typically not provided by the system on most HPC systems, the GROMACS ECs should work just fine there.
Still, users could run into unexpected failures.
