Question about Voltage Sensing #20

Description

@maurzo

Hi, first of all thank you for this super helpful and comprehensive guide.

I am not super sure, since I am an electronics beginner, but I believe that in the Voltage sensing section of the guide It would be better to have BATT+ as input to the voltage divider instead of VSW+, since if powered by USB VSW+ becomes 5V ( if coming from the BQ24075 at least ) and would therefore result in a faulty reading while the circuit is powered by usb.
Furthermore using a dedicated pin for voltage sensing that pulls low during sensing and stays high in idle could help conserve energy, which would otherwise slowly leak through the resistor to GND.
If I am wrong about any or both of these and this is intentional, I apologize for my confusion.

This is the sensing I have implemented in my design, which I hope :) accounts for both of those points.
