[Task] SAMM CLI openAPI and schema: do not use "x-samm-aspect-model-urn"

In AAS it is called "semanticId", in DPP it is called "dictionaryReference"

call is "semanticIds" or "dictionaryReferences" and add all see-attributes

Using the x- prefix is the defined way to add "extensions" in OpenAPI. The attributes point to the originating Aspect Model element in order to look it up and find the additional information that can not be expressed in the OpenAPI schema itself. So it's as specific as possible - it's not pointing to some arbitrary description in any format but to the specific ID of the Aspect Model element. I don't see any benefit in using a more generic term, since it's not supposed to point to anything else.

Adding all see-references to the OpenAPI would be possible, but I'd not call it "dictionaryReferences" then, since they are allowed to point to anything that is identifiable by a URI (dictionaries, web resources, ontologies,...). However, I'm also not sure if this would be a good idea. In order to do so, we'd have to introduce another extension, e.g. "x-see". For tools to make use of this, they'd have to know about this SAMM-specific extension, so they could as well also follow the existing reference to the Aspect Model and the the information from there in a more complete and better supported way.
