Update kuksa.val v1 proto files

Currently the kuksa.val v1 proto files do not reflect the latest version, e.g. support for bidirectional streaming has been added -however this has not been implemented on sdk side. Update the kuksa.val v1 proto files (https://github.com/eclipse-kuksa/kuksa-databroker/tree/main/proto/kuksa/val/v1) and make sure that all functionality is up-to-date and in synch with the java-sdk.
