Logging level issue

Logging levels mentioned over https://github.com/eclipse-lmos/arc-spring-init/blob/main/src/main/resources/application.yml is "WARN" or DEBUG, should be "INFO" to get the required logs

Could you briefly elaborate on what are the "required" logs that you are not seeing with the current settings? I would have thought that the current settings are done the way they are to specifically highlight the relevant parts and hide the rest.

I am primarily referring to root-level logs. The current log level is set to WARN, which does not print whether the application has started or not

@kaikreuzer I think it is clear that we need to set the default root level logging to level INFO. Any other thought?

I'm not so familiar with Spring Boot apps to know what kind of stuff might get logged on INFO level.
I'll leave the PR for @patwlan to decide on as he's the one who defined the current log levels.

The initial idea for WARN was to reduce the amount of logs statements for first time users....
