Clarification on build requirements for partial/module builds

Hello SW360 team

I have successfully set up the local development environment, and during the process I encountered a build requirement related to base.deploy.dir that is not currently documented for partial builds.

I have opened an issue to help clarify this for future contributors:

Please let me know if there are recommendations on how to improve minimal build instructions further.
