Add the tools to perform common stability analysis on the output of the simulation from EcologicalNetworksDynamics. This set of tools should include (but not be limited to): - Jacobian computation, and stability metrics derived from the Jacobian (resilience, reactivity, etc.) - Sensitivity matrix computation, and stability metrics derived from the sensitivity matrix (keystoness) - Secondary extinctions Moreover, all these features should be documented in the documentation of EcologicalNetworksDynamics (it seems more convenient for users to have everything in one place, with dedicated sections ofc).
