Sanity checks for food web generation with niche and cascade models

Include sanity checks to ensure that when food webs are generated with the niche or cascade model, that the produced food web does not contain starving consumers or isolated producers (see #151 for details about this terminology). These checks could be turned off by specifying the corresponding kwargs, like for the check for cycles.
