@alexander-kiselev, could you provide some more details on how we want to do this? I assume this will be similar for both the dRICH and pfRICH.

Hi Chris, I don't know yet. The problem is that an aerogel sector was considered a single piece per sector, and was described as such in the optical database. Now that it becomes split in several pieces, the respective part of the interface needs to be updated somehow. I'd prefer to evaluate all of the required changes (like adding side mirrors), and make a consistent modification to the core codes. Cheers, Alexander.
