[Fleet] "Add Integration" action bypasses onboarding page and opens Add Integration page directly on a fresh environment. #279177

Preconditions:

  1. A 9.3.8-BC1 , 9.4.4-BC1 and 9.5.0-BC3 Kibana Cloud fresh environment should be available.
  2. No Agent policy should be created.
  3. No Integration should be installed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Integration > browse Integration
  2. Search for an integration, for example, Nginx
  3. Click on Add Nginx button.
  4. Observe that user is directed to Add Integration page instead of Ready to add to your first integration page.

Expected Result:

  • When no Agent Policies or Integrations exist, clicking Add on an integration should first navigate the user to the Ready to add your first integration onboarding page.
  • Three steps should be displayed on the page ‘Install Elastic Agent’, ‘add Integration’ and ‘Confirm incoming data’.
