Enhance test coverage for logstash artifacts

For exhaustive testing packages are built and tested on the same host. Most of this is done on x86_64 hosts. This does not cover artifacts actually build by the DRA pipeline. A pipeline should be added that runs the exhaustive test suite against packages built by DRA. This should include arm/aarch64 hosts to ensure that artifacts produced by DRA are being validated.
