Top bar disappeared, initial setup, first boot after installation

First boot after installation. Initial setup.

In the step shown in the picture, I tried to connect to wifi using the indicator at the top bar, but for some reason it wouldn't connect to my access point. So I thought of toggling wifi to see if it fixes that, but instead the top bar disappeared the moment I clicked the switch - it probably crashed. Now I'm stuck here. What do I do?

I skipped this step and continued the setup. But I would like to debug this. Any way to collect logs once I can reproduce it again?
