Update basic CFS build demo to include copilot, light, and switch apps

The documentation for basic CFS build demo (https://github.com/sjalaleddine2/wg-aerospace/blob/main/demos/docs/Build-cFS.md) is outdated and needs to be updated to reflect the latest changes with regards to adding copilot monitoring, the light, and switch app additions made in this MR: #109. This ticket is to update the the Build CFS demo documentation.
