Let we take SPOCS 253 as example:

a call to https://elitebgs.app/api/ebgs/v5/stations?system=spocs%20253 returns these stations:

1. Magnus Dock
2. Hermaszewski Station
3. Gauss Orbital
4. Sturckow Port
5. Sagan Station
6. Tognini Port
7. Blish Point
8. Mitropoulos Observatory
9. Laplace Dock
10. Fay Synthetics Site

The first nine are all the starports, 10 is an Odyssey settlement.
But the settlements (or the stations) are a lot more, as Inara shows.
