Summary

We are planning a significant upgrade to our project, introducing new functionality that will improve infrastructure management and user experience. This upgrade will mark a major version change and lay the foundation for future enhancements.

Key Features in the Major Version

1. Terraform Integration
   • Automate the provisioning of AWS EC2 instances, Docker setup, and Route 53 domain configuration.
   • Enable wildcard * subdomain support for seamless handling of all incoming requests.
2. Web UI
   • Provide an intuitive dashboard for users to manage resources.
   • Features include starting, stopping, and restarting servers and displaying resource statuses.
   • Integrate Terraform commands directly into the UI for streamlined operations.
3. Bundled Terraform Binary
   • Include Terraform binaries in the project to ensure compatibility and prevent dependency issues on user systems.

Future Enhancements (Planned for Minor Version Updates)

• API Support for Third-Party Applications
  • After the major version launch, we plan to add an API layer that allows third-party applications to interact with the system.
  • This API will provide endpoints for resource management, status retrieval, and integration with external tools.

Why These Changes?
