Make custom blocks explorable

The blocks cant be explored very well right now. I feel it would b awesome to add custom blocks to the / command menu. Alternative i do like the idea of having blocks as a content type.

To my understanding a block is just a bunch of json so we should be able to store it in the DB and make blocks ai/user creatable ootb? I only found this guide so far: https://github.com/emdash-cms/emdash/blob/main/docs/src/content/docs/themes/creating-themes.mdx#custom-portable-text-blocks

I agree, also there is no current UI to edit the custom block content.

Moving this to a Discussion in Ideas -- this is a feature proposal and per CONTRIBUTING.md feature requests need a Discussion before PR work. Discussions are also a better home for shaping the design.
