Adjust additional link colors in My Library Card section

Some links in the My Library Card section conform to WCAG AA accessibility standards for contract ratio, but not WCAG AAA. Other links are not conforming to Emory's configured style. We want all links to meet WCAG AAA standards for contrast ratio and conform to a uniform style. (https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/)

Summary - adjust the blue color (#3d6e94) used for "Renew", Renew All etc. links and their hover background color to a darker shade #325D7B?? to increase contrast. Replace the green color used in a few other links and buttons with the same blue styling (#325D7B for link and hover color).

Task checklist - see screenshots in Style changes for My Library Card Links:

• Overview page: Change link color used for "Renew", "Renew All", and "Renew all x loans" from #3d6e94 to #325D7B
• Overview page: Change hover button color used for "Renew", "Renew All", and "Renew all x loans" from #3d6e94 to #325D7B
• IGNORE Overview page - (do any green links appear once renewals have occurred? if so, switch to blue)
• Overview page - think the title links in the boxes for Loans, Requests, etc. meet accessibility standards since these are larger/bolder text...but consider if we should alter the color to match the renew links (ask Clare?)
• Loans page: Change link color used for "Renew", "Renew All", and "Renew all x loans" from #3d6e94 to #325D7B
• Loans page: Change hover button color used for "Renew", "Renew All", and "Renew all x loans" from #3d6e94 to #325D7B
• IGNORE Loans page - Change link and hover color for "Load more results" and "Renewed" from green to blue. Note that "Renewed" only appears to the user immediately after renewal on the same day.
• Requests page - update the Cancel link to match the other blues used for "Renew", but for now IGNORE the green "Emory University Libraries" label
• Fines + Fees - change the blue used for "All", "Active Fines", and "Closed Fines" link styling
• Personal Details - change the blue used for "Update login credentials" styling (note that the proposed color may not pass contrast test since the background is grey
• IGNORE Personal Details - under Update Login Credentials, change the green "Save" styling to blue
