Story
As a Repository Administrator, I want to recreate the arch environment, so that we can continue to use it for sandbox or upcoming project activities

Notes
After a meeting on 12/12/25, we discussed wiping and rebuilding the arch environment.
As initial steps, this will involve repointing arch to use the fedora-depo-arch instance (Fedora 6) and also clearing out other related data as required.
We will also look at making a backup of the S3 bucket data currently used by fedora-depo-arch so that Fedora 6 will have a clean OCFL root.

- backup ocfl root for openemory arch
- reconfigure curate arch to use fedora 6 instance for openemory arch
- create new application db on latest and greatest mysql
- connect db to curate arch application
- have new empty solr collection
