Term for reactive oxygen species assay

The ENM ontology has term for Oxidative stress, but not for a specific assay.
The preferred name of the assay is DCFH2-DA (recommended by 10.3109/10715761003709802) , synonyms are DCFDA and H2DCFDA .

BAO has a term "oxidative stress assay" BAO_0002168 (which is in ENM) which could be a parent term for various specific assays such as the DCFH2-DA.

A related question. Is it possible to find the relationship between properties and assays, e.g.

• (assay) DCFH2-DA is measuring (property) Oxidative stress
• (assay) A is measuring (property) Y
• (assay) A is measuring (property) Z
• (assay) B is measuring (property) Y

I've asked similar question a while ago for phys-chem, but also relevant for all type of assays.
