After install, create simple hello-world project:

and run project, opening http://localhost:9400/biqpy - browser not show dev board - white list.

Hi @Ales999, sorry for the late reply here. The development dashboard should work locally — it doesn't require cloud deployment. There have been several updates since v1.52.3 that may have resolved this. Could you try updating to the latest CLI version (encore version update) and see if the dashboard loads correctly? Also, make sure you are online when loading the local dev dashboard as the resources are not bundled in the CLI.

Even though the Encore update is successful, something is likely blocking these resources from being retrieved from the internet. However, this isn't always the case, so I think this is the main reason I see a blank window.
Perhaps I should add a warning to the page that there's no internet access, treating it as an error.
Next, can I deploy my own local HTTP server on my laptop and place the missing resources there if I can somehow download them? Of course, I might need to add a flag to the CLI when debugging.
It might also help to contact my internet provider to check for the blocked resource, but I'd need its name or URL.
Alternatively, it would be great to use a compact directory with the necessary resources included in the distribution, eliminating the need for internet access during development.

Do you get the same problem in different browsers? Do you have some anti virus program running that might be blocking some resources?

Having a warning to the page when there is no internet access is not a bad idea, I will think about that.

We prefer not to bundle the frontend code of the local development dashboard in the CLI as we want to be able to update the frontend code independently from the CLI.

I suspect the problem is that Encore goes online for some assets. I live in a region where the government blocks a lot of things, and the local dashboard only works with a VPN enabled

https://chat.cdn-plain.com/index.js is just our support widget, but the rest of the page should work fine without it, I tried blocking myself and the rest of the page loads.

The rest of the page will be loaded from https://devdash.encore.dev and https://api.encore.cloud so if you can whitelist those everything should work.
