Mismatched documentation and source files

It appears that the documentation on readthedocs has not been built at least since 5175d4ac. In the "latest" documentation build under Obtaining Source Files, the instructions feature a misleading filename under the Environ subhead tar zxvf qe-X.Y.Z.tar.gz which I believe should be something like tar zxvf Environ-X.Y.Z.tar.gz.

In any case, it seems like this instruction has been removed from the source code but has not been updated on the documentation.
