Test failures with latest Environ release (3.1) and QE 7.3.1

When running the testsuite for the latest Environ release (3.1), combined with QE 7.3.1, I noticed a few failing tests (due to wrong results):

• Most of them (in pw_dielectric, pw_solvent-aware, etcetera) passed when using the current Environ master branch instead (18d9421), as suggested in Environ 3.0 with QE 7.3.1 .mod Instalation Error #8 (comment).

• Two errors then remained (in pw_spin), which come from the change in the starting_magnetization option parsing in QE > 7.2 (the Environ references are generated with QE 7.0).

Would it be possible to create a new Environ release (3.1.1?) which in addition to 18d9421 would also contain a fix for those pw_spin tests?

Yes, we can do that. However, it will only be able to be fixed when one of us has the time to do so which at the moment, we do not.
