Should we rewrite it in rust ?

So far, O.R.CA is scripted based.
The script glues Vault and gpg together.
Testing O.R.CA is hard / long / error prone
Adding features is hard (like generating a nice report).
Rewriting it in rust would help with this issues.
It would be important to avoid as much dependencies as possible though.
