Hi there,
I have come across a few issues:

I was running R4.4.1 and there was so version of serofoi for that version so I updated but there is still no version.

I have installed the development version, but the chagas12 dataset does not exist.

Hi @iamjessclark, thanks for the report!

• Regarding your first issue, there was indeed a short period of time where the README advertised installing the package from CRAN but the package was not yet release there, which generated the "package 'serofoi' is not available (for R version x.y.z)" error you saw. Now that the package is on CRAN, this issue should be resolved.

• For the dataset, the example dataset provided in this package is named chagas2012, and not chagas12. Is it written chagas12 somewhere in the documentation? If so, please let us know where and we will fix it as soon as possible.
