Taiga won't launch deluge when downloading torrent

Hello,
I have already watched other posts, and cannot find a solution.
I use Deluge for torrent client and set deluge-console as custom bitorrent client in Taiga.
I already opened deamon local port in deluge (i'm not sure if I did well here, but just set it bu default)
But when I try to download a torrent, it does nothing. It only create a new folder for new anime, but doesn't even dowload the torrent. It only store the .torrent file in Taiga folder.

I have record in Taiga.log, but don't know what to show to explain my problem.

All my application are up to date.
If I try to use Deluge instead of Deluge-console it won't use Taiga parameter for download location.

I'm not very good at using this kind of tools so I may be forget a step for doing it right...

Seems like new versions of deluge-console are getting confused due to another option:

deluge-console: error: argument -p/--port: invalid int value: '"C:\\Anime"'

Note to self: Try add --path <path> instead of add -p <path>.
