This looks really great! Always excited to see novel uses of Meshtastic, and this sort of use is something I've wanted to do for a long time. That said, this would be significantly more secure if it used DMs rather than a channel, and a list of trusted public keys, similar to the way admin control of nodes works in the Meshtastic firmware.
