This software is **NOT free**. Access, installation, deployment, or use of this
software requires a **valid, active license key** purchased from the author.

By downloading, installing, copying, or using this software, you agree to the
following terms:

## 1. License Grant
You are granted a **non‑exclusive, non‑transferable** license to use this software
on **one approved domain or GitHub Pages repository**, as registered at the time
of purchase. A valid license key is required for activation.

You may:
- Use the software on the approved domain
- Modify the code for your own licensed installation
- Receive updates and support while your license is active

## 2. Restrictions
You may **NOT**:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the software or license key
- Use the software on additional domains without purchasing additional licenses
- Remove, bypass, or modify the license validation system
- Publish or distribute the software as your own
- Use the software after a refund, dispute, or chargeback

Any violation terminates your license immediately.

## 3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the property of
Eric Kouassi. This license does **not** transfer ownership.

## 4. Domain Locking
Your license key is locked to the domain or GitHub Pages repository you provide
at purchase. Changing domains requires approval and may require an additional
license.

Unauthorized domains will fail validation and may display a “Not Licensed”
message.

## 5. Termination
Your license is automatically terminated if:
- The license key is shared or leaked
- The software is used on unapproved domains
- Payment is reversed or refunded
- You attempt to bypass the license system

Upon termination, you must stop using the software immediately.

## 6. No Warranty
This software is provided **“as is”** without warranty of any kind. The author is
not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

## 7. Support & Updates
Active license holders receive updates and support as described at the time of
purchase.
