Absurd memory usage caused by kwin (61.2G of memory and 8G of swap)

Symptom
Absurd memory usage caused by kwin, causing my system to break

How to Reproduce
I have no idea how to reproduce this bug and I am not entirely sure if it is krohnkite's fault.

Here is my system info:

Notes
This has only happend once but it is quite bad.
