flash driver 'efm32s2' not found (OCD-1243)

Downloaded and installed openocd-esp32 ( v0.12.0-esp32-20250707 ) for Mac Osx arm 64.
Connected to an Arduino Nano Matter via Arduino IDE, it fails as follows:

I do NOT have Rosetta installed on my iMac M4

As I see, the EFM32S2 flash driver does not have support in the mainline yet. There is an ongoing patch (link). You can test that patch and report issues directly there. From Espressif’s side, there is nothing to do here.
