Bangle js gadgetbridge not receiving weather from tiny weather forecast Germany

I tried for a while, but it won't show the weather in the debug log or on the watch. There is an error pop-up, that I'll show down below. Can I get some help please?

I seemed to have problems with Tiny weather forecast Germany as well.

Breezy weather and Quick weather both seemed to work though.

I just started to look at weather stuff myself so I don't know more than that either.

Did you enter the special Bangle.js flavor package name? Maybe that would help? But it looks like Gadgetbridge received something so I guess that's not it.

Yeah, I entered "com.espruino.gadgetbridge.banglejs", if I enter something else the error didn't pop up

I downgraded to the previous Gadgetbridge version and the problem with Tinyweather went away. They changed something on the weather intent to support v2, and they must have broken something else.
I looked at it for a bit but it's above my paygrade.

👀 @Rengyr do you have some idea what might have changed?

@signaleleven is it the bangle specific weather v2 format or are you referencing more general handling in Gadgetbridge? IIRC both have changes recently.

I saw some refactoring re: weather intent processing, and the changelog for 0.86 shows Bangle.js: Add support for version 2 weather.
0.85 receives tinyweather data just fine, so I assume it's something in the last 2 releases.

I guess this is not strictly banglejs specific...

My guess without testing would be that tiny weather doesn't send all data to the GB and somewhere serialization fails?
I will try to test it today, if I get time, and report here and in GB repo if the issue is there. Although a bit painful as I switched to Linux from Windows and don't have environment setup for Android development.

Okay, my report: I've installed Tiny Weather Forecast from fdroid (version 0.63.1). Set the package name for bangle GB one and then pressed enable (maybe order of setting package name first before hitting enable checkbox matters?). At least in this case it sent weather to GB correctly and can see even forecast in my app prototype.

I re-updated GB and the problem is not there anymore. I guess I could have solves it by clearing the cache... Sorry about that.
