Hi, sorry to hear you're having problems. It's extremely strange that you'd have Bluetooth issues as it is something we test before packing them up - but as you've tried multiple devices already, including from DFU mode it sure seems like something is wrong with the hardware.

Please can you send a message to [email protected] with your address, where you got it from, and this discussion, and we will sort out a replacement.
