getting ready to sound null safety

Hi, please add support for sound null safety. do it by checking pubspec.yaml to see if it is enabled, then generate the code according to that.

The author is probably working on other stuff.. Anyway, I made my own code generator that should be used in conjunction with this plugin. It does support Null Safety! and it auto detects Null safety by parsing the pubspec.yaml ... check it https://github.com/gnudles/dart_i18n_generator

Because every version of i18n_json from git depends on yaml ^2.2.1 and flutter_native_splash 1.1.5+1 depends on yaml ^3.1.0, i18n_json from git is incompatible with flutter_native_splash 1.1.5+1.
