Infinite scroll location not updated consistently

Expected Behavior

The cur (cursor) URL parameter on infinite scroll pages should be in sync with the first displayed item

Current Behavior

Cursor appears not to update until new content is loaded

Reproduction Steps

Ex 1:

• Open https://eternagame.org/puzzles
• Scroll down a row or two
• Cursor parameter not present

Ex 2:

• Open https://eternagame.org/puzzles
• Scroll down until cursor parameter present
• Scroll up
• Cursor parameter does not change
