Please add digest auth

Hello,

my evcc instance runs behind a reverse proxy with digest authentication.

Currently, only basic auth is supported by the app.

Can you please consider adding digest auth support?

An option might be to use https://axios-digest-auth.mhoc.co/

Looks like react-native-webview does not support digest :/

Are you using Android or iOS? Looks like the Android webview should already support digest, but the iOS branch restricts (don't know why) to basic auth only:

The suggested axios plugin uses node crypto which is not available in react native. We could reimplement this using expo-crypto. But this would only make sense of both platforms (android and iOS) would support digest in webview.

I am using Android.

Actually, it is digest auth behind https, so maybe #81 also come into play, too.
