Support Multi-tap and Long Press Gestures

Create handlers to support double tap, triple tap and long press events. Currently there are two workarounds for multi-tap events:

• Handle single tap event and measure time between taps
• Add double/triple tap handler on MacawView and then find which node was tapped.
