Returned results doesn't match GWT

I've been trialling this out and for the most part it works fine. I have found, however, that the amount of results returned doesn't actually match up with the CSV file?

I've tested it on 3 different accounts ranging from 7 errors, 200 errors, to 19,000 errors (don't ask!). For the first account it returned 5, for the second it returned 168, and the third one it returned just over 13K.

Any ideas on why this might be the case?
