Add riscv64 release binaries

eza v0.23.4 builds on native riscv64 with no source changes (BananaPi F3, SpacemiT K1, rv64gc). RISE runner CI also passes: https://github.com/gounthar/eza/actions/runs/23428297970

Native riscv64 GitHub Actions runners are available through the RISE Project (https://riseproject.dev/), free for open source. To enable: install the RISE runners GitHub App (https://github.com/apps/rise-risc-v-runners).

I noticed there's no release workflow in the repo - releases seem to be done manually or through a different mechanism. Happy to put together a PR once you point me to the right place for adding a release target.
