add post install progress logs for user

since the post install of vite plugin currently takes quite some time 30s or so, and no info is displayed in npm i but only during bun i it would be great to display a progress bar for post install in any case or something a bit more interactive from cli?

Would be interesting short-term, long-term you want to get rid of postinstall all together.
