MWavrec4 adds audio video recording and speech recognition to the official MWearbles DAT SDK 0.4 sample

• Uses Apple's speech recognition and displays the result in Closed Caption like line in StreamView screen. It is a slightly modified code that was used in the MWspeech github project.

• It will store the video file that includes audio in the Photos library.

• It does not use any external resources making it easier to experiment and play around with speech and recording.
