No email from HelloSign

Hello, we are working on rolling out a new license request interface. We aim to launch this by end of Feb. Hopefully that will resolve these persistent issues. We really appreciate your patience.

Is there any other hosting solution in the meantime? The deadline to ECCV is March 5 and we will not be able to finish our experiments over the Ego4D dataset unless we can download it within the next three days.

I got an email but downloading the data and using the visualizer with the emailed Access Key is not working. The CLI gives a 404 error, and the visualizer shows nothing.
