I understand that this is a research repository not intended for users like me, which is why I'm reaching out to the community here.
According to the issues, some people have gotten it to work, and some mention that it runs with <8GB of VRAM.
I’ve been trying to get the repo to work for two days now, on a Linux system with 32GB of RAM and 24GB of VRAM and a 8 sec .wav audiofile. No matter what I do, my RAM keeps running out.
I’ve tried getting it to work with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. I’ve read through the issues, I’ve looked for other repos. I keep failing.
Maybe someone in the future will read this and provide a repo that just works for dummies like me. I’d really appreciate it. In principle, this sounds like a great model that shouldn’t be so closed off.
Thanks to the awesome person in the future who will spare me (and, judging by the issues, a few others) this ordeal.
