bug: validate the domain of the ens name in the ccip request

When resolving alice.farcaster.xyz, we should make sure the domain is actually farcaster.xyz. Right now we're only checking alice. Don't think there's an immediate risk, but this would be good practice. We should do this before we deploy the contract and set the final domain name.
