Reconsider using IPA's official client library

When writing Noggin, we chose python-freeipa instead of the official ipaclient library because we wanted to be able to login to IPA with user & password credentials, and not Kerberos, and this was not possible with the official library.

We should revisit this decision as using an unofficial library causes issues sometimes.

Another option is adopting the "unofficial" library. Has that been considered?
