FR: add codeberg account as a link in accounts.fp.o

Currently there are no free-form urls that we can publish other official/social account links. But with the growth and our collaboration with codeberg, we should start advertising those accounts as an account link.

This will also be needed for packit integration with upstream projects.

Don't think I can easily hack around my way into that. Stuff like this look quite opaque to me. Could you do that part?
