8-directional support

the Android launcher currently only supports 4 directions. (which makes it hard to play some mods)

Would it be possible to add 8-directional movement support in the launcher’s virtual controls (D-pad or joystick)?

rpgmaker mv does not support diagonal movement
maybe there is some plugin or mod that adds it, but i don't like to change the gameplay of original game

is there any possible way to do it? i cant do any progress in some mods like rewritten ch2 because of some parts like this
