Test: Add scenario tests that operate sectors in multiple deadlines

We don't have enough tests that touch multiple deadlines at the same time. We ran into this while implementing FIP-0100 because we apparently have no tests that extend and/or replica-update sectors in multiple deadlines at the same time. We ran into this issue the first time way back in the day

1. terminate
2. extend
3. replica update
4. batch prove commit?

I assume we already have tests covering some of these methods, but we need to validate test coverage for each one.

Not strictly, but if @Stebalien has time this is a good stretch goal.

For the record, we didn't prioritize this for nv25. It is still open.
