Bug: Cancelling a Onedrive Download causes Files to Hang

Description

If I double click on an online-only file from files, and then I cancel the OneDrive download, files stops responding instead of giving an error like ( an unexpected error is preventing you from accessing this file )

Note: I'm on Onedrive Insider, Would recommend stable user to test as well.

Steps To Reproduce

1.Double click an online file on onedrive
2.Cancel file download from notification
3. Now you have, Files (Not Responding Edition)

4.0.9.0

Windows Version

10.0.26100.6584 ( Windows 11 Pro 24H2 )

Not reported in the Event Viewer; only an app hang event appeared. No Log files available.

My bad,
Copying or moving files is working as expected, but if I try to open a file and then cancel, it pauses on the Files window, oddly.
and then doesn't do anything.
No error reported either
